Responsibilities
- Conduct test planning and analysis utilizing Design of Experiments methodology
- Evaluate contractor test plans procedures and verification plans for ground and flight test
- Conduct detailed analysis of program T&E plans
- Conduct post-test analysis and reporting in support of government led testing
- Develop and maintain T&E specific metrics
- Develop and maintain tools and models to support T&E planning and weapon system operational effectiveness
- Lead the government review tracking and prioritization of system level problem reports
- Provide analysis as directed to support plans to efficiently execute government development of Integration and Test (I&T) Developmental Test (DT) Operational Test (OT) and Operational Evaluation (OPEVAL)
- Provide assessment of program compliance with DoD acquisition policies and procedures
- Maintain up to date knowledge of ongoing software development status issues and plans
Qualifications
- ABET accredited Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in mathematics or engineering (aeronautical electrical mechanical etc) or a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI is a must
- Fifteen(15) years (minimum) experience in DoD acquisition conducting Systems Engineering software development or test & evaluation on airborne sensor systems
- Ten (10) years (minimum) industry experience managing/leading engineers conducting systems engineering software development or test & evaluation development
- MS Office product proficiency
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Ability to work well in an Integrated Test Team environment
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $129800.00/Yr. - USD $216700.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
