Experienced Assistant Service Manager

Walterboro Ford is a growing family-owned dealership serving the Lowcountry for over 100 years. Were looking for an Experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily service operations support advisors and technicians and deliver a consistent professional customer experience.
What Youll Do
Support day-to-day service department operations
Coach and support Service Advisors on process sales and CSI
Help manage repair order flow scheduling and shop productivity
Assist with customer escalations and issue resolution
Enforce pricing policies and process discipline
Monitor key KPIs (ELR hours per RO CSI productivity)
Work closely with Parts and Sales to keep operations running smoothly
What Were Looking For
3 years dealership service experience required
Prior Assistant Service Manager or Senior Advisor experience preferred
Strong understanding of service workflows and RO management
Proven leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Organized calm under pressure and process-driven
Valid drivers license
