Work Hours:M-F (40 hours)

Work Location:Byhalia MS

Shift:1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

This position is responsible for moving product through the distribution center safely and accurately while following all safety and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by communicating and interacting in a manner that is conducive to the purpose and mission of the company overall.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Orders

• Verify and apply stickers for Inbound and Outbound Processes.
• Process hazardous materials in accordance with International Civil Aviation Regulations.
• Able to use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse.
• Required to use assigned individual security passwords
• Assure compliance to all procedures related to Regulatory Environmental Health and

Safety Requirements (Including spills damages and returns)

• Process and stage damaged product in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Must use correct pallets and packaging (as required by customer or country) to ship product.
• Participate in projects/teams to continuously improve the operation and key result areas (i.e. safety quality service and cost).
• Utilize Warehouse Computer Applications (WMS RF Equipment)
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Documentation

• Complete Pick/Pack documents for Freezer products and packing lists as required.
• Document Inventory Discrepancies.
• Complete training assignments on time.

• Employee is regularly required to stand; talk and hear; use hands to handle materials or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel and crouch.
• The employee frequently is required to walk lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Employees are regularly exposed to other moving Powered Industrial Equipment extreme cold and extreme heat.
• All employees performing this job are responsible for maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Employees are required to perform all assigned duties and any additional tasks including cross-training.
• This position requires employees performing this job follow all Health and Safety procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Counting addition subtraction multiplication & division with the assistance of a calculator. Ability to Add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using
• whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read a limited number of two-and three syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary scheduled or

unscheduled.

Preferred

• Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Warehouse Management Systems Experience.
