Job Summary
Job Description:
The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. As an intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting active business initiatives while participating in structured onboarding and professional development. You will report to the manager on your respective team.

- This paid full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7 2026.
- Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm Eastern on March 16 2026.
- You will join our teams in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week.
Intern opportunities may include but are not limited to:
- UX
- UI/Visual Design
- Strategy
What you Will Do
- Responsibilities may vary based on team placement and business needs but may include:
- Assist in the creation of user-centered designs for digital experiences
- Conduct research on user behavior market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm plan and execute campaigns and projects.
- Assist in research on industry trends audience behavior and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027
- No prior professional experience is required to apply.
- For our UX UI Internship: Creative Portfolio is required
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.

The hourly pay range for this position is $ hourly pay ratefor the successful candidateis based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factorspermittedby employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordancewithdentsu policyas well assafe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
