The Position:

Manage daily café and grab-and-go operations ensuring compliance with contract and service standards.
Open and close the café operations efficiently.
Oversee workload to deliver high-quality service at volume.
Lead support and train front-of-house team members.
Provide hands-on food and beverage service including barista duties.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Person:

Proven ability to lead a team
Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation
Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
Available across a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
