Land Development Team Leader

We are growing our Land Development team in Kansas City and looking for a Team Leader to help lead the next phase!

This role is for someone who is already leading projects and relationships and is ready to have a bigger hand in shaping both. Not just managing work but helping influence how its delivered and how the team grows.

What youll be doing:

Youll lead land development projects from concept through construction working closely with clients and internal teams to keep things moving - technically financially and relationally.

Along the way youll:

• Mentor and support a team of engineers

• Build and strengthen client relationships (and help bring new ones in!)

• Stay close to project performance (were talking scope schedule and budget)

• Play a role in expanding our presence in the Kansas City market

• Help shape how the team operates and delivers work

What were looking for:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• 5 years of land development experience

• PE license preferred

• Strong project and client management experience

• Experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role

• A sense of ownership: you care about the work your team and your clients
