Were looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is motivated detailoriented and passionate about helping customers.
Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
Review and communicate digital multi point inspection findings
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status
Handle warranty claims estimates and invoicing
Complete required GM/Chevrolet factory training
Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (GM/Chevrolet a plus)
Strong customer service mindset and a servants attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
Familiar with digital multipoint inspections
Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements
