Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Order receive stock and process parts
- Supply technicians with automotive parts
- Assist with inventory management and logistics
- Create bin locations for new stock
- Ensure parts and accessory supply is stocked on shelves in the proper location
- Notify customer on parts arrival
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Deliver parts
- Light forklift duties
- Process warranty scrap
- Keep workspace neat and orderly
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry
- Twisting turning bending lifting involved
Parts Advisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong work ethic
