As a seasoned digital marketer the Lead deeply understands consumer lifestyles and online behaviors helping connect athletes* with innovative experiences and compelling brand stories. This role supports both brand and business objectives embracing a culture of testing learning and continuous innovation. With an appreciation for consumer insights creativity and digital directtoconsumer ecosystems the Lead acts as a thought partner and digital evangelistconsistently bringing new ideas forward and driving evolution across Nikes 365 product marketing approach.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Youll contribute to the APLA Digital Marketing strategy by shaping stories for our business driving priority franchises and key consumer -create campaign briefs define scope andobjectives and ensure alignment across x-functional stakeholders in Global and GEO teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership you will drive seasonal projects end-to-end partnering with cross-functional teams and guiding project squads through execution across the Nike marketplace
- Strategic Approach with End in Mind you will translate product campaigns and consumer moments into seasonal consumer journeys through digital and hybrid storytelling experiences. Shape the seasonal Always On marketing briefs for sport categories and to inform storytelling toolkits.
- Creative Collaboration inspires and helps guide creative teammates through ambiguity and complexity. You will contribute to and present in production and creative reviews providing clear constructive feedback to peers and partners
- Strategic Communication Presents ideas and concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadership
- Teamwork & Influence Builds trust and inspires across cross-functional partners to support seamless execution. Collaborate with territory teams to ensure harmonization of products for Global Marketing stories.
- Entrepreneurial Drive Proactively identifies opportunities and drives innovation
- Obsess the Craft Ability to visualize creative ideas and a critical attention to detail delivering flawless execution.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong experience collaborating within Brand Marketing Brand Planning Merchandising and Creative teams.
- Prior experience in creating seasonal marketing briefs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving ambiguous environment.
- A collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives.
- Professional experience in marketing / communications for sportswear running and other sport industries.
