Project Coordinator CCaaS Initiative (Secret Cleared)
Ottawa Ontario Canada 1-Year Contract (Chance to Extend) Hybrid (3 days/week open to anywhere in Canada)
Hourly Rate: $70 - $75 per hour
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) initiative. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in structured environments has experience supporting IT projects and is comfortable working within Azure DevOps. Active Secret Clearance is required.
Project Coordination & Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CCaaS project team
Maintain project schedules action logs RAID logs and documentation
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas capture minutes and follow up on action items
Support onboarding/offboarding activities in alignment with client security processes
Azure DevOps & Reporting
Maintain and update Azure DevOps work items (epics features user stories tasks)
Support sprint planning backlog grooming and status tracking
Generate project status reports dashboards and metrics from Azure DevOps
Assist Project Managers with tracking deliverables dependencies and milestones
Must Haves
5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
Active Secret Clearance
3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and MS Project
Nice to Haves
Previous experience working with the Federal Government
Previous experience as part of a Genesys CX implementation
Compensation
The hourly rate for this contract position is $70.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience qualifications and other relevant factors.
