Job purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance specialist to join our dynamic team. The Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial operations by processing supplier invoices reconciling statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support the companys financial integrity.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Processing
- Work on various supplier invoices and month-end responsibilities as needed.
- Process supplier payments per terms while maintaining company controls.
- Perform statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to supplier/client inquiries via email in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording.
- Assist with other ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Hospitality/Tourism or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for extended periods.
