JOB SUMMARYResponsible for Quality Assurance activities implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) coordination of training programs management of calibration processes and execution of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established standards and company requirements.

B. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Internal Audits of work procedure implementation in the production cell in accordance with ISO 9001 standards based on the established schedule.
Coordination of training programs related operations such as Welding NDT etc.
Monitor periodic calibration schedules for measuring instruments and supporting tools and perform calibration procedures to ensure equipment accuracy.
Review and monitor work documents/forms related to Quality Control activities such as the First Pass Yield (FPY) form.
Support the implementation of Internal and External Audits.
Prepare the annual budget plan for Quality-related activities.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities when Quality-related issues occur.
Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify Quality-related risks in products if any
Maintain a clean safe healthy and comfortable working environment in accordance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) policies and/or company policies.
Initiate STOP WORK related to EHS or Quality concerns.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree is a plus) of Engineering (Materials Industrial Metallurgy Mechanical or other related disciplines) from a local or internationally reputable university
At least 2-years experience on quality function working in relevant industry is preferred
Knowledge of Gas Turbine component will be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management System
At least an intermediate English skill level (Writing Speaking)
Experience in Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous (but not essential)
Willing to stay in Bandung Indonesia
