Job Summary
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Data Science and LLM have found the right team.
As a Data Science and LLM Developer VP within our Transformation and Analytics team you will define refine and deliver set goals for our firm. You will implement exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends and patterns identifying critical data sources that promote business impact. Collaborating with product teams you will define scope set priorities and coordinate activities to develop strategic solutions. You will design and build data mining queries for large structured and unstructured datasets transforming raw data into actionable information. Your role involves demonstrating data visualization and storytelling and architecting solutions using Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies. You will develop innovative solutions through research and development initiatives translating model outputs into user-friendly insights and analytics for end users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement various exploratory data analysis techniques . Analyze for Trends and Patterns .
- Apply a range of exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
- Identify critical data sources that drive business impact.
- Define scope set priorities and coordinate activities with product owners; collaborate with product teams to develop strategic solutions.
- Design and build data mining queries for large structured and unstructured datasets with experience in transforming raw data into actionable information.
- Demonstrate data visualization and storytelling.
- Architect solutions leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Develop innovative solutions through research and development initiatives.
- Translate model outputs into user-friendly insights and analytics for end users.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience Required: 10 years in Data related projects and 3 years in Data Science/AI
- Self-starter attention to details and results orientated able to work under minimal guidance.
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
- Having mandatory experience in Statistics along with Exploratory and regression data analysis
- Strong proficiency in LLM concept of vectorization/ vector stores database optimization performance tuning agentic AI LLM RAG based agents. Proficient in building evaluation metrics.
- Experience with LLM and other related frameworks like Langchain LLamaIndex AutoGen ReAct GPT and Claude models.
- Experienced in Agentic AI patterns and deploying solutions into production environments.
- Experience in model development using Machine Learning techniques Data Analysis /Model Tuning.
- Bachelors Degree in Data science Computer Science or Engineering. Different field of study with significant professional experience in Analytics and BI development is acceptable.
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Exposure for complex ETL development is an added advantage.
- Preferred data querying skills on SQL(Snowflake Databricks) and Python (packages and libraries like Scikit Keras Pandas PySpark/PySQL)
