BuiltsCadetship Program gives you real project experience while you study helping you build confidence and gain clarity on your future pathway.
As a Cadet you will:
Apply your university learning onreal commercialconstruction projects
Gain exposure across the full design and construction lifecycle
Contribute to meaningful project work from day one
Develop practical jobready skills in:
Virtual design and digital engineering
Estimating and cost planning
Construction delivery and site coordination
Design coordination and client interaction
Receive coaching structured learning and mentoring from senior leaders
Buildstrong technical capability and communication skills
Understand how different disciplines connect and where your strengths lie
By completing the programyoullhave a solid foundation in commercial construction a growing network and clear visibility of future opportunities including the Built Graduate Program.
Work While You Study
The Cadetship Program is designed to fit alongside your university 3 days per week giving you the chance to apply your learning in real time without compromising your studies.

Are in their4th year of a degree in Construction Management Building Engineering Architecture Design Quantity Surveying CostPlanningor another related field
Are curiousdrivenand eager to learn
Enjoy problem solving and collaborative teamwork
Communicate well and build strong relationships
Areready to startJuly 2026 and February 2027 as we have various start dates throughout the year.
