Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established international projects and infrastructure business specialising in exhibitions large-scale builds interiors and temporary structures. Operating in a high-performance deadline-driven environment they deliver complex projects across commercial retail and event spaces combining design technical execution and strong commercial oversight to produce world-class project outcomes.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs from technical drawings manage project budgets and monitor profitability throughout project execution. The role includes supplier engagement tender coordination subcontractor evaluation variation costing and financial reporting. You will work closely with design commercial and operations teams to ensure that projects remain commercially viable from initial brief through to final handover.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years experience in estimating costing or procurement within events exhibitions shopfitting or construction environments
Diploma or qualification in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Project Management or similar
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables formulas and financial tracking)
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and compile BOQs
Experience working within fast-paced project-driven environments with strong commercial awareness
