Lead on recruitment strategy complex employee relations (ER) and performance management.
Ensure rigorous compliance with the Single Central Record (SCR) and safer recruitment.

Requirements
CIPD Level 5 or above and proven HR management experience in a school or public sector setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional human-like approach to staff relations.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
