Job Summary
A modern and well-equipped secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Officer to join its premises team as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to support the smooth running of a busy school site where presentation safety and efficiency are highly valued.
The Role
As Maintenance Officer you will:
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repair work across the school site
Support health & safety compliance including regular site checks and risk assessments
Assist with planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
Liaise with external contractors and monitor works on site
Ensure classrooms communal areas and outdoor spaces remain safe and well maintained
You will work closely with the Site or Facilities Manager to maintain a high standard of site management.
