Job Summary

The Role
As IT Technician you will:
Provide first-line technical support to staff and students
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware software and classroom technology
Support network systems and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Assist with device deployment user account management and system updates
Liaise with external providers when required
You will play a key role in ensuring digital learning runs efficiently across the school.
