What the role entails

Own and grow the assigned sales territory by driving strategic business development initiatives that expand Playn GOs footprint and deepen customer partnerships. This role blends solution-based selling with long-term value creation positioning Playn GO as a trusted partner in regulated markets.

Some of the key responsibilities of our Business Development Manager will be:

Strategic Account Growth

Accelerate territory expansion by actively developing accounts and leveraging upselling and cross-selling strategies. Increase revenue margins and market share by uncovering new opportunities within current clients and fostering enduring partnerships that align with strategic objectives by setting clear targets and shared goals that drive mutual success.

Commercial Expansion & Market Development

Pursue new business leads and partnerships aligned with Playn GOs commercial priorities. Conduct market analysis to uncover trends competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities.

Brand & Value Proposition Leadership

Champion Playn GOs brand vision and values. Position the company as a strategic partner by articulating the value of its full games portfolioemphasizing innovation performance and player engagement.

Performance & Pipeline Management

Report regularly on sales performance pipeline development and forecasts. Maintain accurate records of activities opportunities and customer interactions in company tools. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve execution quality.

Industry Engagement

Represent Playn GO at exhibitions networking events and forums to build brand awareness and identify new commercial opportunities.

Compliance & Travel

Ensure adherence to company policies including travel expenses and regulatory requirements. Travel domestically and internationally to support business growth and customer engagement.

  • Pipeline discipline: Ability to maintain a clean wellupdated sales pipeline with clear next actions and realistic timelines.

  • Negotiation: Skilled in commercial negotiation and balancing customer needs with company profitability.

  • Datadriven decision making: Using data insights (revenue margins performance metrics) to guide actions.

Preferences:

Industry understanding is beneficial though not required. What counts is adaptability commercial strength and a willingness to learn.
