Job Summary
As an Intern Masters Eng Pgm Mgt here at Honeywell you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management within an engineering context. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support the planning execution and delivery of engineering projects. This role will provide you with valuable insights into project management processes tools and best practices while contributing to the success of our engineering initiatives.
In this role you will impact the success of our engineering projects by assisting in the coordination and management of project activities. You will help ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. Your contributions will support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering program management efforts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the engineering program management function ensuring successful execution of engineering programs and projects
- Develop and implement program management methodologies processes and best practices specific to engineering programs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define program scope objectives and deliverables
- Manage program budgets timelines and resources effectively
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engineering program managers and teams
- Monitor program progress risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Report program status and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Currently enrolled in a Masters program in Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering) or related fields
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
