Role Overview

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the P&O (People & Organization) team in a role focused on HR systems administration and reporting.

This position plays a key operational role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and reliability of employee data within the HR Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will work within established procedures supporting reporting processes and maintaining high-quality HR data that enables effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of HR records

  • Prepare statistical summaries and reports related to workforce structure compensation performance data payroll information and other HR metrics

  • Validate data accuracy prior to recurring reporting cycles

  • Test new system functionalities to ensure alignment with HR processes and data standards

  • Collaborate with HR payroll and other stakeholders regarding employee data and system-related matters

  • Handle standard system-related queries and support requests

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in HR Business Administration Economics Management or related fields)

  • Previous experience in HR administration or working with data is an advantage

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good command of English to operate in an international environment
