Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Returning Teacher Mentor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:

Actively participate in mentor training program.
Attend all schedule mentor meetings as scheduled by the mentor lead.
Provide support and guidance to mentee.
Be available to mentee as needed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as directed by the mentor lead.
Complete and logs or forms to track mentee/mentor meetings or work.
Provide ongoing feedback to mentor lead and administration on program improvement.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and passion of subject matter.
Minimum of 3 years teaching.
Conditions of employment.

Additional Requirements:

This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.

Supervisor:

Mentor Program Lead.

Compensation:

The total annual stipend for this position is $1948.
