Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Returning Teacher Mentor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Actively participate in mentor training program.
- Attend all schedule mentor meetings as scheduled by the mentor lead.
- Provide support and guidance to mentee.
- Be available to mentee as needed.
- Complete any necessary paperwork as directed by the mentor lead.
- Complete and logs or forms to track mentee/mentor meetings or work.
- Provide ongoing feedback to mentor lead and administration on program improvement.
Qualifications:- Knowledge and passion of subject matter.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching.
- Conditions of employment.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
- The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:Compensation:- The total annual stipend for this position is $1948.
