Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Returning Teacher Mentor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in mentor training program.
  • Attend all schedule mentor meetings as scheduled by the mentor lead.
  • Provide support and guidance to mentee.
  • Be available to mentee as needed.
  • Complete any necessary paperwork as directed by the mentor lead.
  • Complete and logs or forms to track mentee/mentor meetings or work.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to mentor lead and administration on program improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and passion of subject matter.
  • Minimum of 3 years teaching.
  • Conditions of employment.
Additional Requirements:
  • This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:
  • Stipend Position.
Effective Dates of Employment:
  • This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
  • The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:
  • Mentor Program Lead.
Compensation:
  • The total annual stipend for this position is $1948.
