This position is offered on a three-year fixed-term project-linked contract in support of the Talent Acquisition modernization initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the effective delivery of our talent acquisition/recruitment activities. This is a support-focused role reporting to the Recruitment Officer with a strong emphasis on recruitment processes systems and tools; therefore the ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude in process optimization and technical solutions.
In this role you will additionally:
support the full recruitment life cycle management from drafting vacancy announcements and coordinating selection procedures to assisting with interviews and onboarding;
help attract engage and onboard high-quality candidates;
ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders;
ensure that all administrative and procedural steps are handled in line with established policies and timelines;
manage recruitment data base and maintain accurate records;
provide timely updates to stakeholders;
participate in various recruitment projects.
We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable organized and committed to continuous improvement within a structured military/international environment.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Profound professional experience in the full life-cycle management of the recruitment process;
In depth knowledge of web-based recruitment systems;
Experience in personnel as well as office administration;
Working/Advanced knowledge of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) systems;
A good command of English;
Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training in human resources management business administration law social sciences or related field public administration or related discipline or Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in that discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation.
Desirable:
In-depth technical expertise in recruitment-related acquisition and tracking systems and tools;
Experience actively supporting change management initiatives and contributing to modernization projectsparticularly those focused on process improvement and digitalization;
Experience in a complex environment (military/international/NATO);
Knowledge of the Host Nation language (German);
Practical knowledge / experience related to applying some aspects of the Host Nation labor law.

YOUR TEAM
The Human Resources Management (A1) Division ensures effective workforce planning and personnel management for both civilian and military staff. It handles talent management external training and implements policies that align with the goals set by the NAEW&CF Commander or Chief of Staff. The Division also manages the Central Processing Centre and promotes NATOs policies on gender diversity and inclusion. You will be part of the Civilian Human Resources Management Branch that provides and executes all aspects of Human Resources Management for civilian personnel employed by NAEW&CF.

CONTRACT
The successful candidate will be appointed as a Project-Linked NATO International Civilian (PLN) on a three-year fixed-term contract. An extension of the term is subject to approval and is not automatic. For serving NATO international Civilians: contract will be offered in accordance with the NATO Civilian Personnel Regulations and the additional Nations guidance (MCMfor NATO 2030 Project Linked NICs).

Salary values indicated in this vacancy notice are based on NATOS Single Salary Spine scale;

TEST/INTERVIEW
The selection process will consist of multiple stages. Candidates shortlisted for further consideration will be contacted by the Recruitment Team and receive detailed information on subsequent steps. The process will conclude with an interview.
