Position Customer Service Representative

Job Location Watertown WI

Starting Date Immediate

Employment Term Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type Part-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift (9:00am 3:00pm)

Starting Pay $17/hr Depending on Experience

Required Education High school diploma or equivalent

Responsible aiding in the implementation of activities and all day to day operations.

Responsibilities

Aid in the daily office functions as necessary

Advertising/Flyers/Postings as necessary

Maintain all confidential records

Accounting functions as necessary

Online Auction Functions:

1. Become knowledgeable and understand online auction platforms

2. Calculation of invoices buyers fees freight costs sales tax etc within auction platforms.

3. Print documents from auction platforms necessary for final payments to customers

4. Coordinate all other online functions

5. Reconciliation of auctions as needed

6. Collection of accounts and past due account in a confidential manner

7. Organizing items lotting and cataloging

Aid with production of auction appraisal and real estate proposals

Implement and manage monthly mailings to potential customers

Year end disposition as directed

Qualifications

Ability to speak read and write English.

Computer literate (proficient in Word and Excel)

Communication skills

Organizational skills

Detail orientated

Self-Motivated and work independently

Willingness to learn

Team player
