Vos missions
Your Mission
Within a technological and international industrial environment you play a key role in ensuring the stability and continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
- Administering and evolving internal servers and core technological tools
- Preparing and configuring workstations for employees
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation
- Providing technical support to end users
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents
- Contributing to system updates and continuous improvements
- Training teams on the use of new technological solutions
- Structuring internal technical documentation and contributing to IT procedures
You are a key contributor to the companys daily operational efficiency.
Vos compétences
Your Profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience in systems/network administration
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & support environments
- Proficiency in English (German and/or French are an asset)
- Team player with autonomy and a strong service mindset
- Proactive solution-oriented approach
