About the Team
The BizOps team focuses on solving country- and region-specific operational challenges and ensuring we consistently hit the plan across markets. We work at the intersection of strategy operations and analytics identifying growth drivers and translating insights into concrete actions.
As part of BizOps youll partner closely with Regional Operations teams to guide tactical decision-making using data and advanced analytics helping the business scale efficiently across markets.
About the Role
As a Senior BizOps Individual Contributor youll play a critical role in driving business performance through hands-on analysis structured problem solving and actionable recommendations.
This is not a reporting-only analytics role. Youll work close to the business helping teams understand whats happening why its happening and what to do next. Youll own analyses end-to-end and directly influence decisions made by senior stakeholders.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working in ambiguity moving fast and seeing your work translated into real operational impact.
Tasks
What youll be doing
- Analyze country- and region-level business performance to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Monitor key business metrics and proactively flag deviations from plan
- Investigate root causes behind performance changes and recommend clear actionable next steps
- Build and maintain executive-facing dashboards and analyses
- Support strategic planning by connecting long-term goals with short-term operational actions
- Partner cross-functionally with operations strategy product finance and data teams
- Contribute to improving data tooling and performance management processes
- Support business reviews and help prepare insights for leadership discussions
- Travel occasionally to markets to work closely with local teams
Requirements
What were looking for
- 810 years of experience in BizOps analytics consulting strategy & operations or a similar quantitative role
- Strong ability to work with ambiguous problems and turn messy data into insight
- Proven track record of owning analyses from question to impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort influencing decisions without formal authority
- Strong business intuition and a first-principles mindset
Technical skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (not production engineering)
- Experience with ETL concepts and data exploration
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Looker Tableau)
- Ability to clearly explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences
