General Information
Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for multiple full-time (40 hours per week) Speech/Language Specialist positions; bilingual Spanish preferred. These positions require a Masters degree or equivalent and a valid Oregon Speech/Language Pathology license. Successful candidates will work as members of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 190-day calendar. These positions will be based at multiple Willamette ESD sites located in Marion Yamhill and Polk Counties. These positions will begin either July 6th or Aug 28th 2026 (depending on caseload assignment).

Salary and Benefits
- This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) licensed position represented by Willamette Valley Education Association.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD licensed salary schedule $67993 - $98397* will be commensurate with applicants qualifications relevant training experience and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period.*Salaries shown are based upon 2023-2026 Licensed bargaining agreement and are subject to change based upon the outcome of new collective bargaining agreement.
