What Youll Be Doing
- Provide timely professional support to customers via phone email and digital channels.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure seamless delivery.
- Communicate product service and delivery information clearly and confidently.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support operational efficiency.
