Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Management etc.
5 years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.
Track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical solutions.
Strong technical background in technology industry managing target accounts segment
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
Ability to travel up to 25%domestically and internationally.
Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management: Build sustain and expand long-lasting relationships with strategic customers acting as their primary point of contact.
Sales Acumen: Experience in generating new sales opportunities and develop plan to advance until deal closure.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth manage risks and ensure client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within accounts collaborating with sales and product teams to craft compelling proposals and closedeals.
Project Oversight: Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions ensuring projects meet scope timeline and quality objectives.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance on our products ensuring solutions are tailored to clients business and technical needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activity to provide proactive advice to clients and inform businessstrategy.
Reporting: Produce regular account reviews forecasts and status updates for senior management.



Responsibilities

Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. May work directly with customers to gather requirements develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through more customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration planning and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers solution code blog posts and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Further builds business and technical acumen.
