Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Accountant
Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and contributing to the companys financial success by optimizing the accounts receivable process. This role will start out as temporary with the possibility of going direct hire.

What Youll Be Doing
- Billing: Preparing invoices and account statements for clients
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Account reconciliation: Verifying and resolving transactions
- Collections: Providing support to customers to collect payments on time
- Financial reporting: Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Analysis: Investigating and resolving irregularities and assisting in financial management
- Accuracy: Ensuring that an organizations financial records are accurate and up to date
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- BS Degree
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel Word and navigating various systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential situations
