Key purpose of the role
Skillful coordination of theChief Operating Officer UK & Francecalendaroptimizingthe workflow of the management team aiming to deliver deadlines and following up on outstanding items.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to theChief Operating Officer UK & Franceassistingwith travel arrangementsbooking visa processesdaily management of the agenda expense reports correspondence) and managingadministrative procedures.
Manage organizational referentManager meetingsand international meetings creating reports with a confidentiality approach andunderstanding Group priorities andChief Operating Officer UK & Franceexpectations.
Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality by managing critical and/or sensitive data completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate theChief Operating Officer UK & Frances ability to effectively lead theschools;
Active participation inspecial projects(e.g.kick off of a new project as PMO);producing complex documents reports and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties
Acumen and judgment:interact with team membersstudents/ tutors etcconfidentlyto be able to filter in the best wayamongthe differentinternal and external requests(e.g.meetings video-calls etc)
Efficient document management organizing scanning and filing various documents including contracts memos forms and other important materials to be sure that each departmentmonitorsthe business scopes.
