This includes addressing barriers related to access health and culturally appropriate supports while contributing to sustainable caseload a trusted community connector and advocate for inclusive employment you will help create pathways to opportunity strengthen local networks and support positive employment outcomes for Looking for People Who:Hold qualifications in Community Services Mental Health or related fields (highly regarded)Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomesHave strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connectionsBring experience in employment services or case management (desirable but not essential)Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targetsAre digitally confident with sound skills in Microsoft Office and navigating internal systemsContributes your lived experience of disability or your cultural and linguistic background to help us better represent and support the diverse communities we Join UsYoull be part of a respected organisation thats committed to inclusive employment professional growth and community impact.
