Northrop Grumman is on the hunt to find a Senior Contracts Specialist to lead new business contract development/implementation for some of the most critical defence programs in Australia. Including Superhornet sustainment Space Capability and Advanced Weapons Systems.
This isnt a box ticking role. This is for the strategic thinker. The calculated risktaker the commercial mind who can operate with autonomy and influence outcomes.
What youll be doing:
- Navigating ambiguity and thinking strategically in grey space environments.
- Support and provide input as required into gate activities.
- Lead and support the resolution of contractual conflicts claims and issues.
- Provide sound risk-based advice and input at all stages of the capture activities including proposal planning NGA solution development and bid response.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Ability to obtain and hold a AGSVA security clearance.
- Tertiary education in Law or business or equivalent experience.
- Strong defence contracting experience (DEFCON exposure is highly regarded)
- Collaborative outgoing and confident communicator.
