As we continue to expand were looking for a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to oversee revenue strategy operational alignment and cross-functional performance to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
Position Overview
The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will be responsible for leading the companys overall business operations revenue growth and strategic execution. This executive will work closely with the CEO to align sales marketing partnerships and operations under a unified business strategy.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven highly strategic and operationally sharpsomeone who can turn vision into execution while optimizing performance across all revenue-generating functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys overall business strategy in alignment with the CEOs vision.
- Oversee revenue operations including sales strategy pricing models partnerships and client acquisition systems.
- Align marketing sales and service delivery teams to ensure predictable growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities service expansions and monetization strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs across all business units to ensure performance accountability.
- Optimize internal systems processes and workflows to improve scalability and profitability.
- Lead strategic partnerships and high-level negotiations to strengthen market positioning.
- Monitor business performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Support fundraising financial planning alignment and long-term expansion initiatives if applicable.
- Build and mentor leadership within key departments to ensure strong execution and culture alignment.
