Job Summary

As a Business Analyst Pega Constellation you will:

Lead end-to-end journey discovery and translate epics and business outcomes into Pega Constellation App Studio models
Design and orchestrate case types stages steps and success criteria using a configuration-led approach
Apply a data-model-first design methodology defining entities attributes relationships and cardinality to ensure UI behavior is auto-derived from data and guardrails
Configure applications directly in App Studio (case types data objects relationships) minimizing dependency on Dev Studio and custom rules
Promote a configuration-over-customization mindset leveraging parameters (e.g. region country) and standardized settings
Reuse published automations and smart shapes (e.g. KYC checks notifications archiving) and model exception and alternate paths at the case level
Define and manage case hierarchies (parent child related cases) and cross-case interactions to support SLAs and end-to-end journeys
Own feature journeys and manage delivery through Azure DevOps / Jira backlogs contributing to grooming and PI planning
Champion Constellations opinionated UI adhering to standardized UI patterns while prioritizing accessibility performance and consistency
Drive change management for teams transitioning from UI Kit or Dev Studioheavy approaches to Constellation

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of Business Analysis experience with 23 years of hands-on Pega Constellation delivery
Strong hands-on experience with Pega App Studio configuration (case types data objects relationships personas channels)
Proven expertise in data-model-first solution design and logical process decomposition
Experience designing scalable configuration-driven solutions across multiple markets and products
Practical exposure to consuming reusable automations and designing exception handling without heavy customization
Strong understanding of Constellation guardrails naming standards and reuse principles
Experience collaborating with architects integration teams QA and business stakeholders
Solid documentation skills for user stories acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Act as a strong bridge between business and IT translating outcomes into scalable Pega solutions
Decompose complex journeys into outcomes stages and steps
Work confidently within standardized system-selected UI patterns with limited custom control selection
Ensure solution quality through guardrail compliance reusable configurations and traceable test scenarios
Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business compliance and operations
Partner with QA teams to define test conditions aligned to stages steps and outcomes
Support UAT and production rollout while capturing feedback for iterative improvement
Coach and enable teams adopting Pega Constellation ways of working
