Job Summary
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities with clients
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Drive requirements and design discussions between client and product team
- Challenge business requirements to arrive at a solution that is required
- Procedure compliance while delivering high quality solutions to the business
- Propose drive and implement best practices in product business analysis
- Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new products and services
Requirements
- Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelors/ masters Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical functional and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
- Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio able to work across teams and functions.
- A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in working with in-house development teams and vendors.
- Experience in deployment and supporting insurance systems.
- Salary will be based on working experiences.
- Working location: Kuala Lumpur
