- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with Universities and Educational institutions to support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Manage and develop recruitment content on the Companys corporate website.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns on LinkedIn Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Proactively measure employer branding effectiveness through data analysis reporting and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employer Branding Recruitment Marketing.
- Proven experience working with universities and organizing recruitment events.
- Strong content development and social media/website management skills.
- Hands-on experience in visual content creation and basic design tools is preferred.
- Strategic mindset with creativity and data-driven thinking.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
