Youll be part of the team behind the scenes providing responsive customerfocused technical support that helps our people do their best work whether theyre on air in studio or working be based in our Sydney office right in the thick of it steps from great coffee easy transport and some of the citys best lunch spots (and postwork snacks).A day in the life Youll be part of the team that keeps Southern Cross Austereo on air and running smoothly around the clock. Working on a rotating roster including early starts late finishes and overnight shifts youll provide firstline technical support to teams across the country troubleshooting issues monitoring systems and keeping our studios and business systems performing at their responding to incidents and escalating issues where needed to assisting with upgrades documentation and projects youll be handson detailfocused and calm under pressure. No two shifts are the same but every shift plays a vital role in keeping Australia role would suit someone looking to start their career in a tech role in the Media Industry!
