You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets and provide reporting as required.
Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate best in industry execution of our categories.
Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team category activation team sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
Fully understand category and insights knowledge coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

What you need to know about this position:
Lead the commercial and execution strategy for Global Accounts in Puerto Rico ensuring the achievement of sales profitability distribution and market share objectives in alignment with Mondelezs global and regional guidelines.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Develop and execute commercial plans for Global accounts customers
Lead negotiations of commercial terms and agreements with key accounts.
Ensure flawless execution at point of sale: visibility planograms promotions pricing and availability.
Manage and develop the assigned sales and trade marketing team.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): volume revenue profitability in-store execution and coverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing finance supply chain and shopper marketing teams.
Identify growth and efficiency opportunities within Global Accounts.
Ensure compliance with budget and commercial investment policies.
Job specific requirements:
Degree in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roles.
Strong knowledge of the Puerto Rico market and Global Accounts trade dynamics.
Experience managing Global Accounts (Walmart Costco Walgreens).
Strong negotiation strategic thinking and results orientation.
Advanced English. Proficient in digital tools.
