ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Responsible for hands-on operational oversight of the Pre-Processing stream in Pune CoE. The successful candidate is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of Interface Solutions value proposition in Citcos service offering and utilize this understanding in facilitating the delivery of the teams operational mandate. This is a leadership position that requires experience in directing other people managers.
- The successful candidate will have the drive to define and evolve the processes whilst managing business-as-usual deliverables (BAU). The candidate also has a responsibility for developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and Client Services. A key competency is passion for people management ensuring we retain and develop our top talent through coaching and mentoring.

QualificationsAbout You:
- Bachelor or master level degree in accounting finance economics or business disciplines mandatory.
- 10 Years in financial services with an exposure to Operations mandatory.
- Financial instrument knowledge vanilla and OTC mandatory.
- Experience and success in managing and development of teams mandatory.
- Experience and success in managing senior stakeholders will be a distinct advantage.
- Experience and success in a multi-cultural setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Industry networks will be an advantage.
- Natural flair for technology and its use as an enabler a distinct advantage.
