Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona this role you will oversee the planning execution and completion of projects while ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work with cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timeline budget and resource requirements
- Define project objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and accountability
- Monitor project progress track key performance indicators and prepare regular status reports
- Communicate project updates challenges and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project documentation maintain records and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Resolve conflicts and obstacles that may impact project delivery
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Allocate resources effectively and manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational procedures
Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional experience in project management or a related field
- Proven expertise in project planning scheduling and execution
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches)
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and controlling project costs
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project Jira Asana or similar tools)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Agile certification
- Preferred: Experience working in international or multicultural environments
- Preferred: Familiarity with European project management standards and practices
