Job Summary
A Category Management Analyst for Groceries you will be a key role in developing the groceries business.
- Optimize conversion rate average order value (AOV) and assortment breadth to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users.
- Own the assortment onboarding process by providing partners with clear templates and detailed guidance on their usage.
- Review and refine new partners assortment files before bringing them live ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain the category tree ensuring proper classification and seamless functionality across all stores.
- Conduct assortment gap analysis and competitor benchmarking including tracking no-result searches and analyzing competitor offerings.
- Ensure high-potential and top-selling products are easily discoverable through search categories and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with grocery partners to enhance product images descriptions and attributes driving better engagement and conversion.
- Regularly meet with partners category management teams (especially top partners) to review conversion rate and basket size trends.
- Expand and improve product selection by working closely with retail partners and introducing exclusive products bundles and promo-packs.
- Collaborate with the Brand Ads team to facilitate the execution of ad campaigns within the grocery marketplace.
- Address and resolve partners ad-hoc requests ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail e-commerce or FMCG Category management
- Data-driven attention to detail
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well
- Full proficiency in English and Ukrainian is required
- Grittiness never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on you persevere when others fall away
