Were looking for a Data Analyst to join Kodree - someone who takes ownership of data challenges assumptions and turns insights into real business decisions.

Kodree recently raised $10M in funding and is now entering a rapid scaling phase.
Youll join at a stage where data directly shapes our next moves - working closely with product marketing and leadership to uncover growth opportunities and influence what we build.

What product youll be working on

Kodree is an EdTech platform that helps users worldwide gain practical tech and soft skills through web and mobile apps on iOS & Android.

The platform adapts to each users level and language with an 80% practice-focused approach.

Kodree is already scaling fast with a strong presence in the US and Tier-1 markets. Now were building a dedicated analytics function to go even faster.

What youll do:

• Analyze product marketing and payments data to find patterns issues and growth opportunities

• Investigate anomalies and proactively identify whats broken or can be improved

• Build dashboards and monitoring systems

• Own and calculate key business metrics (LTV CAC ROAS retention etc.)

• Provide clear data-backed recommendations on monetization geo strategy and campaign performance

• Work closely with Product Marketing and leadership to turn insights into actions

• Support and improve data quality tracking and internal analytics processes

Who were looking for:

• Around 2 years of experience in data analytics - or less if you have strong proven results (e.g. olympiad wins hackathons etc.)

• Strong command of SQL Excel/Spreadsheets and Python

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker is a strong plus)

• Solid understanding of key business metrics: LTV ROAS CAC retention churn and more

• Practical experience with cohort analysis not just theoretical knowledge

• Confidence working with raw data - cleaning validating and structuring datasets

• A problem-solving mindset going beyond just executing tasks

• English level: Intermediate

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS (Redshift S3 Lambda etc.)

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

Youll collaborate closely with a small high-impact team:

CEO Oleksandr Bartosiuk CTO Vadim Ilchenko (your direct manager) who built Mate academys engineering team and platform from scratch. Software Engineer Product Marketing Lead User Acquisition Manager Product Designer Content Manager CMM and the Creative Factory team.
