As an Associate/Specialist Talent Acquisition (Data & Analytics) you will serve as a strategic recruitment partner to our regional Data & Analytics team. You will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and internal mobility ensuring we attract and retain top data talent across APAC and EU.
In this role you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders providing market insights talent strategies and hands-on execution to support business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from offer and contractual agreements to onboarding ensuring compliance with local legislation including expatriate hiring processes.
- Leading all internal and external recruitment activities including internal mobility initiatives.
- Partnering with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse high-quality talent with the right skills and capabilities.
- Owning and managing your hiring pipeline end-to-end delivering on targets and timelines across both volume and niche roles.
- Developing a deep understanding of the business stakeholder needs and key talent markets to proactively advise on hiring decisions.
- Translating business needs into compelling job descriptions and clearly defined candidate profiles providing actionable market insights to guide decision-making.
- Maintaining the ATS system ensuring data accuracy process excellence and high-quality job advertisements that protect and enhance our employer brand.
Qualifications :
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- Around 26 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong track record in both niche hiring (e.g. Tech Product Data & Analytics) and high-volume recruitment.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced entrepreneurial or tech/startup environments.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools with the ability to creatively engage and attract top talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (our corporate language).
- Solid experience applying a variety of interview techniques and assessment methods to identify and select high-quality talent.
- Exposure to cross-border hiring across APAC and EU markets would be an added advantage particularly experience hiring in Pakistan Czech Republic and Turkey.
