What you will do:
- Act as an assisting Project Manager for custom projects coordinating with the marketing team event programming team and operations team to keep event projects on track.
- Work and help manage additional projects including the investor program hosted buyer program sourcing merchandise and more.
- Coordinate Project management systems procedures and processes that have been developed in conjunction with heads of workstreams and project Directors. Ensure the department meets the agreed-upon deadlines for the programming marketing and production of events.
- Coordinate existing custom event delivery with the Special Projects team Marketing Manager and Event Manager.
- Coordinate & direct onsite staff & team members to ensure successful event delivery.
- Provide clear effective communication to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to both ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably within the events industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and efficiency.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.
