We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Male) to join our hypermarket team. The role involves assisting customers resolving queries ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Address customer queries complaints and provide quick resolutions
Guide customers regarding product location offers and promotions
Ensure proper billing support and queue management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Support shelf stocking product display and replenishment
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
Handle returns exchanges and customer feedback
Ensure adherence to store policies and service standards
Salary: 1200 to 1300 AED (33000 INR) Per Month
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
03 years of experience in retail/supermarket/hypermarket/customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays
Physically active and able to work on the shop floor
