Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Address customer queries complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Guide customers regarding product location offers and promotions
- Ensure proper billing support and queue management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Support shelf stocking product display and replenishment
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Handle returns exchanges and customer feedback
- Ensure adherence to store policies and service standards
Salary: 1200 to 1300 AED (33000 INR) Per Month
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
03 years of experience in retail/supermarket/hypermarket/customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays
Physically active and able to work on the shop floor
