We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Profile to strengthen our Office Agency Flanders team.
This role is based in our Antwerp office with a primary focus on the Flemish office markets. As a senior professional you will play a key role in developing client relationships leading complex mandates and contributing to the strategic growth of the Office Agency platform in Flanders.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy act as a trusted advisor to occupiers and investors and work closely with junior consultants sharing your expertise and market insight.
As a Senior Office Real Estate Consultant you will take ownership of client mandates and actively contribute to the commercial success and positioning of our Office Agency business.
What you will do:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising occupiers and owners on office real estate strategies including leasing acquisitions disposals and portfolio optimisation.
- Managing and leading complex client mandates from instruction through to successful transaction closure.
- Actively developing new business building long-term client relationships and expanding your professional network across the Flemish office markets.
- Leading negotiations and advising clients on market conditions pricing strategies legal frameworks and transaction structures.
- Preparing and presenting high-level proposals pitches and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Coaching and supporting junior consultants contributing to their development through knowledge sharing and on-the-job guidance.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Capital Markets Valuation Project Management Design & Build and Research to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Monitoring and analysing office market trends vacancy levels rental values and investment dynamics to proactively advise clients.
- Representing the Office Agency team externally contributing to the firms market visibility and reputation.
- Actively contributing to an entrepreneurial high-performance team culture.
Qualifications :
Who You Are
We are looking for a senior professional with strong commercial instincts market credibility and a client-centric mindset.
- 7 years of experience in commercial real estate office agency advisory or a related consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in office leasing tenant representation or landlord advisory within the Flemish real estate market.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to originate and convert opportunities.
- Confident and credible negotiator comfortable advising senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
- A higher education degree in Real Estate Economics Business Law or a related field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
- Entrepreneurial proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
- A natural collaborator who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to team success.
