Job Summary
- Provides day to day direction to Dining Services staff. Plans assigns and directs work while providing continuous coaching and mentoring on standards and policies.
- Collaborates with the Dining Services General Manager to establish a standard staff schedule that adequately and cost efficiently staffs the kitchen and serving functions for daily operation.
- Oversees food service in their designated area of operation including but not limited to ensuring that all meals are served at the proper temperature and are attractive/appetizing when served.
- Conducts meet and greet sessions with all new residents.
- Provides training and mentoring to Dining Services staff.
- Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
Qualifications :
- 3 years culinary related management experience within the healthcare and/or senior living environment required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ServSafe Certification required.
