Job Summary:
Were looking for a self-starting execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing efforts for EchoPark. This is a hands-on role that blends brand stewardship campaign execution and social media leadership.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment knows how to move work forward with urgency and precision and bring sharp instincts around creative content and channel strategy. This role will work closely with our internal media manager agency partners and store teams to execute marketing campaigns that deliver results and drive engagement.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills multitasking ability with attention to detail and a strategic organizational sense. An ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree in marketing or a related field and has experience in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Collaborate with the Media Manager to align creative with performance metrics and business goals
- Partner with the EchoPark Social Media Manager to drive the strategy and day-to-day execution of EchoParks corporate social media presence (Instagram Facebook eventually TikTok)
- Develop and manage a marketing calendar that balances national brand initiatives and store-level needs
- Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop assets that align with brand voice and resonate with our audiences
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our external agency partners ensuring creative is on-brand and delivered on time
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in both the automotive and retail spaces
- Support event activations including EchoParks NASCAR partnership and local dealership initiatives
- Contribute to brand planning efforts and assist in long-term campaign development
- Manage the creative asset library and ensure campaign materials are properly archived and distributed
- Help shape the voice of the EchoPark brand and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Qualifications :
Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
- 5 years of experience in brand or retail marketing (automotive or fast-paced multi-unit retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms particularly Instagram Facebook and TikTok
- Hands-on campaign/project management experience with a bias for action
- Working knowledge of performance media (paid social search display); able to collaborate effectively with media leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with creative agencies and/or internal content teams
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social Meltwater or similar
