Reliability Engineer Mechanical Design (ADAS) (fmdiv.)

Your contribution to something big:

Definition of product loads based on use cases life cycle and system requirements.
Definition and evaluation of calculations and simulations to derive loads and effects on design elements
according to critical damage mechanisms.
Definition and evaluation of measurements to derive load capability of design elements.
Contributing to product design by review and reliability-based recommendations to improve robustness.
Discussing product reliability and validation with internal and external customers.
Defining validation tests to cover field loads according to standards customer specifications aging laws etc.
Definition of methods and evaluation of physical failure analysis.
Supporting root cause analysis risk management and corrective measure implementation in case of failures.
Creating reports (in English) and presenting them to project teams and internal or external customers.
Coordination of reliability related activities (simulations tests analysis).

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

. in mechanical materials or electrical engineering physics chemistry or comparable.
Interest and experience in various technical fields (e.g.: electronics failure analysis methods material sciencesetc.).
Strong analytical skills with structured and precise working style.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in teams and individually.
Good English language skills both written and oral (German is an advantage)
Practical experience with industry-standard methodologies such as DRBFM FMEA and 8D.
